Before your stay at the Dornhurst Holiday Flats, Great Yarmouth, please
read and accept the conditions of hire listed below.
- All accommodation is offered subject to it still being vacant upon
receipt of your booking, and a reservation should not be assumed to
be actually completed until a confirmation has been received by you.
- Overcrowding of flats cannot be permitted. Flats may only be
occupied up to the exact number stated in their description, 2 or 4
persons.
- Tenants are expected to leave flats as clean and tidy as they would
expect to find them.
- All losses and breakages are to made good before vacating the flat.
- The proprietors do not hold themselves responsible for any loss, accident
or damage to tenants or their property whilst occupying a flat.
- A booking fee (deposit) of £50.00 per flat for each week of hiring
is required on first making a reservation. On no account can booking
fees be returned once confirmation has been received by you.
- The balance of hiring charges must be paid on arrival before keys
are handed to tenant. Cheques are payable 21 days before your
holiday.
- Some pets are allowed subject to obtaining proprietors permission.
- If a booking has to be canceled by us we will give at least 28 days
notice and refund any monies paid but we cannot be held responsible
for any other compensation.
- For an all male or female party there is a £25.00 deposit per person,
refundable at the end of the holiday providing there are no breakages
or disturbances and flats are left clean.
- Flats will be ready for occupation from 1pm, and are to be vacated
on day of departure by 9.00am.
- Any cancellations should be sent to us in writing as soon as possible.
All attempts will be made to
re-let the flat. No booking fees are refundable.
